We currently ship orders within the United Kingdom. International shipping options may be added in the future.

Processing times

Orders are usually processed within  1-3 working days. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery times will depend on the delivery service selected at checkout. Please allow extra time during weekends, bank holidays and busy seasonal periods.

Incorrect delivery details

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. We cannot be responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided at checkout.

Lost or delayed orders

Damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the damaged item and packaging.
